This site belongs to Soarx Tax & Advisory LLC, a New Jersey LLC based in Teaneck, NJ. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Everything on the site, including the LLC check and the filing report it sends, is general information. It is not tax, accounting, legal or financial advice for your situation. Tax rules change and depend on your facts, so don't act on anything here without talking to us or another qualified adviser first.

Reading the site, taking the LLC check, emailing, calling, booking a call or sending a form does not make you a client.

You become a client only when we have both signed an engagement letter that sets out the work, what each of us is responsible for, the timing and the fee. The engagement letter wins over anything on this site.

We are a tax return preparation and bookkeeping practice. We are not a CPA firm and don't provide audit or attest services. We don't represent clients before the IRS in audits, collections or appeals. When a case needs that, we tell you that you need an Enrolled Agent or tax attorney, who would work under their own agreement with you.

Prices on the site are starting points. The final fee, timing and deliverables depend on your situation: the state of your records, how many years and entities are involved, deadlines, and the scope we agree. We confirm the fee in writing before any work starts.

We can turn down or limit work when it is outside what we do, the records are incomplete, the timing isn't realistic, or it isn't a good fit.

You are responsible for giving us accurate, complete information on time. Mistakes in what you give us end up in the return.

You are also responsible for reviewing what we prepare, asking about anything unclear, approving and signing returns before they are filed, and the business decisions you make.

We don't guarantee any refund, tax saving, financing result or business outcome, or how the IRS or any other agency will respond.

For late filings, we prepare the returns and draft a reasonable cause statement. Whether a penalty is removed is the IRS's decision, not ours.

Payment terms are set in your engagement letter. We usually take ACH, wire or Zelle, depending on the engagement. Fees can change if the scope changes, the work becomes urgent, or the records need more work than expected.

We treat your information as confidential and handle tax return information under Section 7216 and the FTC Safeguards Rule. How we do that is in our privacy policy. Please send sensitive documents only through the secure method we give you, not through the website or ordinary email.

We use outside platforms for hosting, email, booking, bookkeeping, tax preparation, document sharing and payments. Those companies have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for how their services perform.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using this website or relying on its general information. Our responsibility for client work is set out in your engagement letter.

We can change the site, its prices, service descriptions and these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the last update. We don't promise the site will always be available or free of errors.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
