For a business that has outgrown a quarterly check-in and wants a finance person on a monthly call.
Just the books, without the return: monthly bookkeeping on its own starts at $250 a month. Advisory on its own starts at $450 a month.
Books behind?
If the books are months behind or sitting in QuickBooks, the cleanup and the Xero move come first. Cleanup is $300 per month of books and the migration is $750 flat. After that you can move straight onto a package.

Scope in writing
An engagement letter with the package, the price and who does what. Then we set up secure access to your Xero or a shared document folder.

Catch up first, if needed
If the books are behind, we reconstruct and reconcile them before the monthly work starts.

Every month after that
We reconcile the accounts every month and file your returns each year. Check-ins follow your package.
